Infrared saunas for the home

Full-spectrum infrared saunas for indoor and outdoor use – gentle heat, fast warm-up and low running costs.

How an infrared sauna works

Instead of heating the air to 80–100 °C, infrared panels warm your body directly. The cabin sits at a comfortable 45–65 °C, it is ready in around 15 minutes, and most people find they can stay in longer than in a traditional sauna.

What to look for

  • Full-spectrum heaters (near, mid and far infrared) for a deeper, more even heat.
  • Low EMF – our heaters are tested for ultra-low electromagnetic fields.
  • Power supply – smaller 1–2 person models can often run from a standard 13 A socket; larger cabins need a dedicated circuit.
  • Red light – models such as Eclipse add red light panels to the session.

Running costs

A 2-person infrared sauna typically draws 1.5–2 kW. At around 25p per kWh, a 45-minute session including warm-up costs roughly 40–60p.
