All saunas and cold plunges come with a warranty on cabin and heaters – on top of your statutory right to complain.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a fault is found within 30 days you can ask for a refund; within six months we will repair or replace unless we can show the fault was not present at delivery.
Our warranty
On top of your statutory rights we provide a manufacturer’s warranty. The exact period depends on the model and is stated in your quote.

How to report a fault
- Email us with your name, model and a short description.
- Attach photos or a short video if you can.
- We reply within one working day.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance or installation not carried out according to the instructions.
