Delivery and installation
We deliver across mainland UK and offer installation, so your sauna is ready from day one.
How delivery works
- Confirmation: once you accept your quote you receive an expected delivery week.
- Scheduling: our courier contacts you to agree a delivery day.
- Delivery: your sauna arrives on a pallet, delivered kerbside. Carry-in can be added.
- Installation: assemble it yourself with step-by-step instructions, or book our installation team.
Where we deliver
We deliver across mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately.
Before your sauna arrives
- Measure gates, side passages, doorways and stairs so the panels fit through.
- Prepare a level, stable base – for a garden sauna, a concrete pad, paving slabs or ground screws.
- Book a registered (Part P) electrician if your model needs a dedicated circuit.
